Your Assistant is a personal voice assistant that runs in your browser and, when installed, on your phone. This policy explains what data the app touches and where it goes.
Your meetings, reminders, notes, tasks, payments, expenses, budgets, and your optional display name are stored only in your own device's local storage. They are never sent to any server, never shared, and never used for advertising or tracking. The app contains no trackers, no analytics, and no ads. Voice input is processed by your device and is never recorded or stored by the app.
Email features are optional and require you to sign in with your own Google account. The app requests only two permissions: reading your emails and sending replies. It cannot delete emails or change your mailbox. Your sign-in token is kept only on your own phone, expires automatically, and is fully deleted when you sign out. You can also revoke the app's access at any time from your Google account settings. An email reply is only sent after you confirm it.
When you use an AI feature — asking a question, summarizing an email, drafting a reply, or attaching a photo, PDF, or audio file — the text or file you submit is sent to the app owner's server (a Cloudflare Worker), which forwards it to Google's Gemini AI for processing and returns the answer. The server does not store your content. AI answers can be slow at times and may occasionally fail; retrying usually works.
Sharing to WhatsApp only opens WhatsApp with text prefilled. The app never sends a WhatsApp message by itself — you tap send in WhatsApp.
This policy may change as the app grows. The current version is always available here, linked from the app's Settings.
