Tap the mic and speak in English — for example: "meeting with a client tomorrow at 11 am". You can also type when it is quiet, or tap a suggestion above.
Note: exact background alarms are limited in a PWA — you will get the reminder on time when the app is installed or open, and the due list in the Reminders tab is always there as a fallback.
Payment details stay only on your phone — they are never sent anywhere.
Not signed in
Email uses your own Gmail sign-in. The app can only read emails and send replies — it cannot delete anything. Your emails are never sent to any other server. Each person who installs the app signs in with their own Gmail.
Local features work fully on your phone — no account, no key, no limits. Payment details never leave your phone.
Privacy: your meetings, reminders, notes, tasks and payments stay only on your phone. Email goes only to Google, with your sign-in, and an email reply is only sent after you confirm it aloud.
